Nevada Pure is a vertically integrated cannabis company boasting a 72,000 sq ft cultivation and processing facility in Las Vegas that supplies its premium flower, concentrates and infused products. The company’s operation emphasizes quality control and consistency from seed to sale.
CHALLENGE
Standard top-lighting left lower canopy areas shaded, resulting in a higher ratio of B and C-grade flower with reduced visual appeal and lower market value.
Nevada Pure wanted to improve flower quality by boosting the proportion of A-grade buds produced in the lower canopy.
SOLUTION
Thrive Agritech installed its Boost XE under-canopy lights – each with a unique spectrum (Balanced, Vigor, and FSW) beneath the canopy to deliver supplemental light to lower bud sites. Each treatment zone was compared against a control area with no under-canopy lighting.
Although purpose-built for cannabis, Boost XE performs exceptionally well in leafy green, vegetable, and floriculture setups, offering the same combination of efficiency, reliability, and flexibility.

RESULT
Thrive’s Balanced and Vigor spectra achieved the best results, delivering a 31% increase in A-grade flower while reducing lower-grade buds. Under canopy lighting enabled a significant improvement in overall product consistency.
